For our Energy-Vibration levels must be “high” or “developed” spiritually before we can know and understand who/what we really are. For example, we cannot be so-called low or negative if we want to know and understand who we are. Certainly, once we begin the work of spiritually developing ourselves, our Energy-Vibration increases naturally. We teach you how to maintain your Energy-Vibration. It is also because our Energy-Vibration is always expanding continuously, so therefore, our work is never done. However, once we get started, there is no turning back! The increase of our Energy-Vibration does not get depleted once we become spiritually sound or emotionally developed. For, Energy-Vibration lasts forever, however, the inner work that we already completed and continue to put in on ourselves, this is just part of the spiritual maintenance, upkeeping and uplifting of ourselves.

To be spiritually developed means we respond or react to our inside world, for our outside world is a “major distraction,” things turn out better for us when we check in with ourselves.
